Orderly AI Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Orderly AI collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the Orderly AI Chrome extension and related services.
1) Information We Collect
Account and authentication data
- Email address and authentication identifiers when you sign in using Google OAuth or Email OTP.
- Basic profile and account metadata required to operate your account.
Tab organization data
- Tab titles and domains used to generate tab grouping/classification results.
- Operational metadata (for example organize request IDs, timestamps, tab/window counts) used for usage tracking, entitlement enforcement, and reliability.
Billing and subscription data
- Subscription status and Stripe identifiers (for example Stripe customer ID and subscription ID).
- We do not store full payment card numbers; payment processing is handled by Stripe.
Feedback submissions
- Feedback subject/title, message content, and account email if you submit feedback from the extension.
Local extension data
- Settings and undo snapshots stored locally in Chrome extension storage.
2) How We Use Information
- Provide AI tab organization functionality.
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Enforce free/pro usage entitlements and subscription access.
- Operate billing and subscription management.
- Respond to support/feedback and improve product quality.
- Detect abuse, maintain security, and troubleshoot operational issues.
3) Legal Bases (Where Applicable)
Depending on your location, we process personal information under one or more of the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract (providing the service you request).

- Supabase (authentication, database, serverless functions, storage).
- Stripe (subscription billing and customer portal).
- Google OAuth (optional sign-in).
- Google Gemini API (AI tab classification support).
- Discord (feedback notifications via webhook).
5) How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information:
- With service providers to operate the product.
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to applicable law.
6) Data Retention
- Account, entitlement, and billing-related records are retained while needed to provide the service and meet legal/compliance obligations.
- Operational and usage data are retained for security, debugging, and service reliability for limited periods.
- Feedback submissions are retained as needed to resolve issues and improve the service.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including authentication controls, server-side secret handling, and encrypted transport. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8) Your Rights and Choices
- You may sign out, uninstall the extension, and stop using the service at any time.
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
9) International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards to support lawful international data handling.
10) Children's Privacy
Orderly AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post updates here and revise the effective date.
